PROJECT INSIGHT
The project consists in to provide to ZALANDO the best way to start implementing BIM methodology from the organization to all the stakeholders that will part of ZALANDO projects, for Logistic-Warehouse-Office Centers.
The scope of works performed is divided in various topics:

The works implemented provide to ZALANDO a complete roadmap to go in order to achieve the main objective to implement BIM in the company for all lifecycle of Logistic Buildings projects, for all stakeholders, and to create the best possible basis for future incoming projects.

We experiemented with the client a new way to understand the complexity of such a huge project like a Logistic Center, VR shown us the way to be part of the project and go trough inside the building like we was there, travel or fly over spaces really fast, apply special effects to understand uses, paths, signals and so on in the building and to acces to the data of BIM components in a new way.
