SMARTER DECISIONS THANKS TO TECHNOLOGY
WE CREATE DIGITAL TWINS FOR
A digital twin combines data describing the physical in a digital format. Within the built environment, a digital twin is a realistic digital representation of assets, processes and systems.
If you had a crystal ball to see what would happen before you make a critical business decision, you’d use it. We all would. That’s what a digital twin provides.
A digital twin (DT) – also referred to as digital shadow, digital replica or digital mirror – is a digital representation of a physical asset. Linked to each other, the physical and digital twin regularly exchange data throughout the PBOD lifecycle and use phase. Technology like AI, machine learning, sensors and IoT allow for dynamic data gathering and right-time data exchange to take place.
What we think it is a Digital Twin
For AECO industry a Digital Twin is a digital ecosystem processing data automatically between physical systems like sensors, building management systems, facility management and maintenance platforms, ERP / CRP and other platforms integrated on demand, in where BIM digital models integrated in GIS environment are the representation of the asset and data dashboards and representations over the model the way to understand for non-specialists what is hapenning in our buildings and infrastructures in real time, historic and in the future thanks to machine learning and artificial intelligence. This mean that multiple technologies, professionals and non professionals will take part of asset management together, and this is the real revolution, just integrating multiple existing technologies in a global platform in a intuitive and easy way to operate.
